UPC major quality drop in evenings

Has anyone else noticed a serious drop on their line speeds in the evenings with UPC? I first noticed it on Tuesday when I was only get download speeds of 1mb if lucky. A ping test also threw back between 50-60% packet loss. Got home from work yesterday about 5ish and tested it then. Everything perfect. Close to 15mb…

Has anyone else noticed a serious drop on their line speeds in the evenings with UPC?
I first noticed it on Tuesday when I was only get download speeds of 1mb if lucky. A ping test also threw back between 50-60% packet loss.

Got home from work yesterday about 5ish and tested it then. Everything perfect. Close to 15mb download with little / no packet loss. Went off to the gym for about 2 hours. Got back, tested again and it was back to 1mb with 50-60% packet loss again.

I live in Santry but know a friend living in Tyrrelstown who is experiencing the same issues.

Has anyone else noticed this?
