I have a few questions I'd appreciate some pointers on.

My NCT is up - I tried to register online but I did not have my Vehicle Registration Number so I emailed them. They got back to me and booked me a test for 2 weeks in my local center.

Is it possible for me to change this booking as it does not suit, I'd prefer to delay it a while - can I?
What do I need to bring with me on the day? I've lost my vehicle registration cert - will I not be able to do it without it?
Is it true that it will fail if one of the tires has a small piece hanging off on the sidewall?

you should be able to change the date once you dont leave it too late otherwise they will charge you the next time you book it in. you need your vrc. im guessing the tyre will fail..
