Just wanted to say cheer to Owwmykneecaps and Kiki for mentioning us on other sites. One of the main sources of traffic has been from eventhubs. Keep that going

At the end of every evening, I check my recently played list and send a quick message promoting the site and what it is aiming to achieve. Hopefully that will mean more people on here.

Site traffic (monthly) 15,000,000 unique views

[work] you need proper change management with a live website, you should have a dev system to test out changes before you go live with them. [/work]

Or you could say f*&k and just try stuff til one of them works :D

Oh yeah ment to say that, you need to make child themes now in WP3 :)
Editing a main theme will be lost after a theme update

i think we should have an image to go with each post and a small expert, with a read more link. Right now its really intimidating and comes across as txt heavy

not like this, but something along the lines of the blog i've been working on

There is an image to go with most posts and where possible I have put them into to posts. At the very least it's the SFIE logo.

Previously excerpts where used but I was told that the articles where running together too much. So I left the article to insert it's own break.

Opinions are welcome on the lenght of the excerpt. If you look at the early pages I was using the first paragraph as the marker. How much would be a better point? Two paragraphs? 150 words?

    i like the above link

maybe 3 paragraphs, otherwise it comes across as clutered.
