That'd be fairly f*cking annoying, filtering website access slows down bandwidth immensely which would bring most people back to dial-up speeds with the state of broadband in Ireland. Also filtering software has at minimum a 1% error rate of classifying sites as illegal, this sound small but there's 1.8Bn sites which would mean it would wrongly block 18,000,000 sites. But really I'm not that worried could you imagine Jackie Healy-Rae being asked to vote on an IT bill, I bet most of our TD and Senators are computer illiterate, except for Dan Boyle who intelligently managed to get his twitter account hacked recently!
