Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would it be impossible to get a Neo geo cabinet?

    hey guys
    im trying to get my hands on a neo geo arcade cabinet
    would it be impossible to get one in ireland or am i gonna have to make my own?

    You might be able to get an Electrocoin. But it'll probably be battered. And I have first dibs on any electrocoin that comes up... ;)

    Big reds like the one you mentioned before, no way. They're only in America.

    Small Lordsvale - maybe.

    You get the odd Neo 29 type candy cabinet showing up but they're expensive.

    Best thing to do (And what I've done) is buy a generic nice condition jamma cabinet with a big working monitor and basically put the innards of a Neo geo cabinet in it. You can then modify the cabinet with a neo geo marquee, control panel and some side art too.

    All you need is a neo geo board that the carts plug into. They come in 1 slot, 2 slot, 4 slot and 6 slot. I picked up a fully working 6 slot myself for 100 euro on ebay.
