Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm trying to use a Creative Fatality Headset (with two 3.5 jacks) on an ACER 5738G laptop running Win 7 64bit but for the life of me I can't get the microphone to work. Audio is through Realtek HD Audio.

I've played around with the sound properties in Windows and the Realtek sound utility but it's not having any of it

I presume you've checked the switch on the cable?

Is it the new one or the old one?

The headset is brand new but I think it's the older model with the two 3.5 jacks

Try putting on the line boost on your 3.5 mic jack.

Also, is this a Vista machine?
