    Greetings all

    I have a special invitation for 12 football forum members (Moderators also included) and guests to the opera an event happening next Tuesday, 20 April.

    M&Ms are hosting a football night in Doheny & Nesbitts, Dublin 2 from 6.30pm with the Champions League Semi-Final between Inter and Barcelona kicking off at 7.45

    From themselves:
    We will be showing the match on the big screen in a private room at Doheny & Nesbitts, 5 Baggot Street Lower, with drinks, and the chance to win some cool prizes on the night, thrown in.

    We will have an intro to the new M&Ms football campaign at the start of the night, which will lead into a bit of craic, recreating famous football moments (with Subbuteo players) with prizes for the best effort; before we all settle in to watch the match on the big screen. The night kicks off at 6.30 before the match at 7.45.

    We would also like to extend the invitation to 12 members of the Boards.ie soccer forum. I know they're a tight knit community, and as it's going to be a fun night, I thought it might be something that they'd appreciate coming along to.

    Usual things apply, such as making sure guests are over 18 as it's being held in a pub, and also that they're not employed by a competitor of Mars. They are also allowed to bring along a plus one, if they like.

    So there you have it. You plus a guest for a night of the game, a bit of craic and maybe even a bag of M&Ms on the way home :pac:.

    To enter just comment below. You must be a member of Boards.ie for more than 3 months, have over 50 posts, be over 18. I'll draw the winners completely at random, though if any Moderators want to go, I'll be happy to try facilitate that as a thanks for the hard work :)

    I'll be sending over names on Monday at 4pm.

    Just back now - cheers Daragh. Free bar all night and a seemingly endless supply of M&Ms. They were also free foot platters and bottles of champaign as prizes for the subuteo competition. We also got a goody bag when leaving, enjoyed it very much! Thanks again.

    Yeah was a kick ass night, probably cause not that many turned up, probably ~20
    Nearly got sick on m&m's and the free bar was great, the barman kept us informed when the tab was running out too (700euro he said was on it) mainly guinness drinkers there.
    Cheesy presentation was funny but not the kind of funny most people thought!
    Hot food was great.
    They didnt make it clear that there was a prize on the night for that subteo comp thing though.
