Affordable housing in cork

Hey guys. As we all know there is a huge amount of empty affordable houses all over cork Does anyone know if a single parent apply?:confused: any info will be helpfull As i dont want to pay the fee of 65 quid to apply and told A BIG FAT NO:mad: with no refund ! Thanks guys :P

Yes you can apply, i think as long as you have an income. A friend of mine is a single parent and got an affordable home a few months ago. Check out www.affordablehomes.ie
There is a forum where you can ask questions, so have a look at them, someone might be in the same boat as you. Best of luck with it!
