Anyone know where to get rubber seals for an aluminium coffee maker?

It's one of those small stove-top aluminium jugs like this: The seals go between the top and bottom parts of the maker - I'm getting fed up with precious coffee dribbling out the sides.

Used to get them in Mocca Beans in Galway. Try any Cafe where they sell beans and the other gear
