    Hey guys,

    Went a bit over my skill level attempting to do this install and didnt do myself any favours. I put too much solder onto the pcb and the thing just wont work at all. Is there anybody that thinks they would be able to rescue the drive? Or can anybody suggest anything that might help?

    Thanks guys.

    Also, I have looked at the modding services thread and I feel that this is a different topic and not a straight forward mod service that im looking for...if not, sorry mods.

    EDIT:::

    Heres a link to the LT Switch if anyone is not aware of what is:

    This thread is ok with me, definitely not your average mod.

    If your around my kneck of the woods (Athlone or Limerick) I'd be happy to take a look at it.

    Just a note this is a really delicate job, so make sure you get a very decent solderer on it! I'd gladly recommend Docentore, even I have used him before :P
