    Hi all,

I am thinking of buying a house in the Sandyford Hall area and would like to know what the area is like - crime, noise, vandalism etc.

If there is anyone from the area I would love their feedback.

    Thanks

I live here and have heard zero crime reports in 1 1/2 years. (Not saying it doesn't happen. Apart from kids playing and the occasional car alarm it's a pretty quiet spot. The only vandalism I've seen involved a group of youths smashing the perspex on a bus shelter. Not a bad track record.

It's pretty much a perfect spot for me as it's just within reach of the city but far enough out to escape the grime.
