Who Maintains Bypasses in Limerick?

    I was just wondering what Landscaping company maintains the grass on the sides of the bypasses in around Limerick City?

    It was in the papers recently the council cant afford to pay people so are asking people to help out or just not litter. Landscapers landscape!
