Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Refocus Head lights?

The car failed the NCT last week due to one or two things. One of them was the headlights were not focused correctly. So I got this problem sorted.

Then yesterday my landlord decided to reverse into the front left corner of my car, causing a few scratches to the headlight cover and a small crack.

Could the crack cause the car to fail the NCT?
Should I get the lights refocused?

lights are probably out of whack again

is the crack on the bumper or the light?

    Sh!t.

The crack is on the light, slightly to the right of the very front of it, it seems to be more over the cover of the indicator then the headlight.

I believe you can only be retested for the things your car failed on, so if the lense passed the last time you should be fine.

    Rover 200.

Fingers crossed I will, the other two reasons that the car failed were:
    1. The rear break lights were not the same intensity :D
    2. It is hard to get the seat belt to close on the front passenger side sometimes.
