Orange juice made from concentrate is orange juice that's dehydrated, frozen, shipped, unfrozen, filled with water, has loads of sugar added to it, and is packaged. Orange juice concentrate is orange juice that has loads of sugar added to it, is dehydrated and frozen/packaged. You make it up yourself with water.
