    This may not be the corerect forum but its the closest I could get.

    My question is - How does one go aboout uploading their own avatar?

    Any help much appreciated

    You have to subscribe to get a custom avatar. Or become a mod ;)
    You can use one of the sites ones by clicking on User CP on the left hand side of the toolbar above and go to 'Edit Avatar'.

    On the same subject would it be good idea if subscriber who then goes to non subscriber was allowed keep his avatar. Think the non subscriber avatars are okay but would like to see more

    This used to be the case actually

    It was changed last year sometime, I am only guessing herre but I would imagine it was changed so that someone who only signed up for a months subscription jsut to egt a personal avatar didn't egt to keep them, I am sure someone else can give the actual reason
    Think the non subscriber avatars are okay but would like to see more

    I think there have been threads about this before, they do need to be updated alright and I would imagine it will happen at some stage
