Who built Convent Court Apartments, Clondalkin?

Clondalkin,
Dublin 22.

I'm trying to find out who built this apartment block as this aparment block and the grounds is not registered on the Land Registry?
I would appreciate who is the management company as well?

If you check out SDCC's planningsite- it lists:

I'm not sure how relevant it is- but its the only planning permission that was granted in the development........

I'm pretty sure you want the Management Agent and not the company (the company is a legal entity comprising all the owners).

Have you tried neighbours.ie or apartmentowners.ie to see if someone over there can help you

If you google it, these guys seem to be renting out a lot of the apartments O'Dwyer English Auctioneers - maybe call them and ask?
