Urgent Help needed

    Just have upc installed, i can get online but any webpage I try and look at is forbidden...

    My friends can get on via wireless, but when I try and view a website it just says forbidden, im connecting via ethernet and modem.

    engineer is also here with me,. when we try and enter the password for the modem it doesnt let me login either.

    Make sure UPC have the correct MAC address for the modem.

    went into connection repaired it and it works now.
    I've got a small issue, I try and log into the router as Im trying to disable the firewall/wireless on the router. But the password for the modem is not working.

    Try it without any username/password.
