Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've been searching high and low for this for over a year and nowhere stocks it anymore as Richmonds stopped supplying it.

Disappointing as I quite liked it, nice clean taste and much superior to any other €1 a bottle beers.

Most any of the decent beer off licences would have it. They're the green pins on this map.

Superquinn definitely carry it in most of their shops; in your case try their Lucan or Walkinstown branches. Molloy's generally keep it as do O'Briens; plenty of other smaller independent Offies as per Beernut's link.

For the record, Boags is a very soft lager with a hint of citrus in it's favour; it's genuinely refreshing in a way that other beers can but dream of. It can be drank warm or chilled; I prefer it cool but it's good no matter what way you take it.

They sell Carlton Cold in my local Eurospar in Limerick so i suggest try your nearest Eurospar OP.

Can't say i find anything extraordinary about James Boags, its not a bad lager, but there's nothing in it to make me want to buy more of it, its just another run of the mill Aussie export for me.

If you liked the Boags give Steinlager a go. It's a NZ beer.
