Who told you you need chemistry for computer programming?

The only important subject for computer programming would be higher level maths. At least then, you have a good understanding of logic and algorithms which are mostly used for programming.

It's not by any means required, but if you wanted to take a science subject, I'd suggest Physics, because it's the most "mathsy" of the 3, and also because I think (though I'm open to correction on this) that CS courses cover the hardware side, and the whole physics-chemistry of semi-conductors. If your school offers it, Applied Maths would be a good combination with HL Maths and Physics, and would be useful at fostering some concepts you'll meet in a CS course.

FWIW, in UCC you don't need a science subject for the CS undergrad degree.

    Higher maths and physics

you need a science so its best to pick physics for computers

also, most colleges want a third language.

for the other two, ask around and pick the easiest subjects you can:)
