What album is this?

    The other day I saw an album cover but I do not know the artist. I would appreciate if anyone knew what album I was talking about as this has been annoying me the last few days.

    The album cover shows 2 girls in a street, they are both dressed in normal clothes but:
    one girl is wearing angel wings
    the other girl is wearing devil's horns and a fork.
