Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rubbish thread, people didn't jump on Arsenals back after Barca humiliated them so why are they doing this to Barca? :pac:

Stop believing so much of what you read.

A sensible opinion is hard to find alright at times in football. Barcelona were not the Gods of football they were proclaimed as previously nor are they as bad as some people are now saying.

In reality they are a largely excellent side. One that plays great football but with a few deficiencies that can be taken advantage of on rare occasions. There is nothing wrong with pointing out the truth that they are not as good at the back as they are going forward. Plus Ibrahimovic is not the player Eto'o was for Barcelona. But it is sheer idiocy to dismiss a team with Messi, Xavi, Iniesta etc. They could easily put 3 past Inter in the first 20 minutes. Just as easily as Inter could stifle the life out of the game and get 0-0. The 2 teams will just play the game on its merits on the night and whatever happens, happens.

If you watch any great team, there are nearly always 1-3 players who don't match the standards of the rest. The perfect 11 has not happened yet, and is likely not to happen.

There was nothing to say about Arsenal, they are simply not good enough to compete to win the CL

In all seriousness, I dont think tie is beyond Barca. An early goal and they will be right back in it.
Obviously Pep will need to counteract Inters tactics on Messi. Lad I think is good enough to get a goal at some stage in second leg.

its a done deal ... Barça are through to the final and have practically won the competition .

    done deal.
