Hire Holiday Home 1 night for 30th - Dublin

Hi guys, Just looking for advice on hiring out a holiday home that'd sleep about 15-20 for 1 night for a 30th birthday get together. Looking for somewhere within 30mins drive of Dublin and preferably rural enough. Has anyone done something similar before and if so where and how did you get on. Cheers
