    17 weeks away and I am back in hitting it hard again today!

    My workout today looked a little somethinglike this (feckin deleted the video i made of the workout i did today!!)



    Mine was a 120kg Deadlift for 5, 10 burpees as shown and 200m run as wanted to get out in the sun and loosen out the legs (9.40mins).

    Now way more work to do and getting to the top is tough staying there requires more help from others and the knowledge that i am not where i want to be ..... yet.

    Nice one on coming first at the invitational - didn't make it down but gotta get start getting some serious training in for the next one...

    cheers man and i think there will be close to 40-50 people competing in the next one as it grows.

    Already working on the logistics to handle 40 people and make the day run smoothly. Should be fun!

    Good way to start might be to check their site for the regular WODs, think that's what I'll be doing!
