Double Glazing - worth it?

    Hey,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. So, please move if necessary

Am thinking of getting double glazing for our company office. The office is always freezing during December/ January, meaning that the heating is on full blast constantly.

Would double glazing make enough of a difference that we wouldn't have to have heating on all the time?

If the rest of the building is well built and insulated with a proper, insulated roof, then yes, get double glazing. If you are in one of those 'tin roof, exposed blocks' type buildings as found on industrial estates then there are a lot of things you can do before installing double glazing. Dry lining and roof insulation would be better value for your money.
