Hi, Like alot of people, I was affected last weekend by the flight cancellations. I was due to fly out of Dublin with Iberia but the flight was cancelled. They have issued me with a coupon for the value of my flight which must be used within 12 months. I dont think I will get a chance to use this and would prefer a…

Hi,

Can I demand a refund instead?
