Government Debt Reclassified as 14.3%

    Due to eurostat deciding that the €4bn recapitalisation of Anglo should be counted as Government Debt since the money is unlikely to be ever returned (from what I can see). So a Government Deficit of 14.3% for 2009.

    Of course the next question is how the further recpaitalisations of the institutions will be counted the same way.
