For those who are interested in getting an insight into some of the inner minds of those involved in football, here are some of their twitter account.

Some of them are a bit posiac**** but some are very insightful - Lucas offers a good insight into the inner workings of the Liverpool squad while Big Sam shows what the pressure of managing a premiership club can do to a person.

I'm a bit undecided about the whole twittering thing and there is definately some stuff in these that I think it would be better off keeping in-house. However everything is more connected these days so I guess it's just one of those price of technology things.

I've never used the thing before but if all the accounts are just jokes it's pretty stupid and not an insight into anything. Most of the ****e isn't even funny.

some of them are quite funny

the lucas and gerrard ones are good. but like most attempts at "comedy" some fall wide of the mark... by your logic though "why bother with comedy since most of it isnt funny"?

Well not so much that, the op set up like it was actually going to be these players talking about their lives.
