Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Meeting is still going ahead on Tuesday evening in town, are there any preferences where? my only want would be somewhere with a seat/bench and coffee near hand, maybe around 18:00/18:30
Somewhere central, handy for both north and south siders?
Temple Bar somewhere, or 'The hags with the bags' outside Pravda (Butlers coffee is just across the way)?

I work in Balbriggan and we're open 9-6 Mon to Fri if you want to use that as a drop off place?
I think there are probably a few of us in the Skerries/Balbriggan area. I could drop down (/up?) to austinbyrne21 or CarlosK on Saturday (Swords or Drogheda take about the same time for me) to pick gear up for that area if it suits - I can then either drop them off individually or let RobFowl have them to allow pick-ups next week.

That sounds cool with me Cram. Wouldn't be familiar with Swords at all, other than the Pavillion. Can definitely do the Drogheda drop-off if anybody needs. Text me later on or whatever to organise a time, place etc for tomorrow morning.

Cramcycle, I can do South Dublin (Blackrock, Cabinteely, Sandyford, etc.) if you need help?

Are you in UCD? I actually have to go in there later if you need anything picked up.

    Lads
I am up and down from Mayo to Dublin in Baldonnell on a Monday morning and back down here on a Tuesday, IF you want me to take jerseys down I could drop them off on the way or something?

I usually travel through Longford on the way home.

I would suggest the best place to meet up in Swords would be the Airside Retail Park (where the B&Q is) - the car park is much more accessible that that at the Pavilions (although it's probably more susceptible to sniper attacks:D)

I could get down there any time in the morning/early to mid afternoon, and as mentioned above, pick up anything for the Skerries/Balbriggan areas (including Rush/Lusk/Balrothery), or I could head up to the Drogheda Retail Park, just off the M1 (the Homebase one)

    I can collect mine cram

I'm in tallaght, and I can deliver some around my area, say terenure, crumbling, tallaght etc....

I have a van, so no bother with space

  • Registered Users Posts: 218 ✭✭austinbyrne21

@ Beasty - That sounds good to me alright, I could find that handy enough alright. Might even do some browsing in Euro Cycles while there, I think that's around there somewhere. Does Malahide come under your radius/jurisdiction or is that somewhere else altogether? Please excuse my lack of North Dublin geography.;)

Malahide is a bit further afield for me dropping stuff off over the weekend, although it's not far off my daily commute. As I'll be in the car on Monday I could do some drop-offs then, so I'd be happy to take Malahide (and down the Malahide Road to Clare Hall) stuff also

EDIT - Eurocycles is just behind the motor park, which is opposite the retail park

If you can get to UCD before 6, your welcome to collect it, E-mail me, the PM system isn't suitable for the level of traffic i am getting and would prefer if people would use my e-mail as I can track it easier

    Thanks

Not a chance, any gear not collected by Monday morning will be burned in an attempt to increase the value of the originals that are left :p

@ DirkVoodoo, I'm based in Sandyford/Dundrum so could go collect from you if you get a batch from Cramcycle, and if it makes it easier on him.

CramCycle, I dunno what the story is, but if there are any jerseys left at the end uncollected, I would like one. Is there any chance of this, or is it a case of wait until everyone has collected there's, if any are left over, first come first served? Fairer, in my opinion, but I'm still gonna chance my arm for putting my name down!!!

There is already a list, it will be discussed in more detail when everyone gets what they ordered and then I can sort out everything else

can you send me your email cram?

so we can arrange a meet up for said jersey's :D

Fedex and UPS wouldnt get a look in with the amount of courier arrangements going on in here... we must have a fleet covering the whole country at this stage.

Nice work people.... nice work indeed... I expect the boards jersey sightings page will be hammered out of it over the weekend with the number of new kits about the place.

Seeing as chrisbonnie has so nicely offered, you can throw my jersey in his delivery, I'm in Firhouse.

Would it be an idea to have a shared spreadsheet - list the people who have offered to distribute, and their geographic location, and then people can stick their name in each list to let CC know what jerseys to give to whom?

Thanks cramcycle, picked up the gear (including Tiny's and ken's). Sorry guys, was away from the internets and didn't get any other requests. Cramcycle said we were close enough that I didn't need to act as a drop off.

For anyone wondering what it looks like, I was more than happy to pose. Please, no swooning:

Picked up mine after work, am tempted to wear it tomorrow yea.
Shorts fit grand, top is a little baggy on me - went for a large in both but probably only needed the medium in the top. Not to worry.
