One of those QBs will be availble at 41 so no need to jump back in. Spiller is a great running back but I never really know why a team drafts a running back in the top 10 when the league is littered with undrafted and low draft picks that are exceptionally productive
Neither of them will be by all accounts. Both going in the first round according to most now.

what's everyone watching? ESPN or NFL Network? I'm watching ESPN because it is on the TV... misssing Rich and the boys from NFL Network though.

Never really watched ESPN coverage before of football and I'm not too impressed bar Gruden and Steve Young.

    San Fran on the clock!

Its gonna go mad now, this draft is so deep that anybody predicted in the second could go now. All the really exceptional guys are gone since Berry.

I expected Alualu to go in the mid-second round.

I'll believe it when I see it to be honest, what teams are going to take QB that are left? Broncos, Niners, Vikings maybe the Cardinals? Neither McCoy or Tebow will be going in the top 20 so that leaves the Vikings to maybe take one. Outside of that I cant see anyone else looking at QB

I don't see why they take him when Price from UCLA was far and away more productive in the same conference

i'm not complaining. that was a poor pick IMO, but as a Colts fan, I'm relatively pleased.

Edit: all the tackles are going though :(

Eagles on the clock now, I hope we take Earl Thomas. We need safety help and Thomas is an absolute superstar in the making. Its going to be on defence so either Thomas or Jason Pierre-Paul would suite me

    Great pick from the Eagles.

That was kind of a waste of effort in the end. Could have gotten him later. :(

Seahawks have taken a fantastic player in Thomas and at 14 have gotten great value for the pick

Seahawks are drafting really well imo, totally agree that Thomas is an excellent pick there.

I cannot believe that Derrick Morgan and Jimmy Clausen are both still on the board.

Okung and Thomas fill two gaping holes for the Seahawks.

I reckon they'll take a DE in the 2nd round.

Would love to see Belichick move up now and take Morgan. Really is worth it imo. I've got us taking Kindle but Morgan is just too good to pass up on here.

Damn those giants. I really hoped we'd get pierre paul

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,444 ✭✭✭frostie500

They really needed help in pass rushing because that unit was playing on reputation last year

Looks like Morgan for the Titans... better pick than Piere Paul...

Delighted with the Eagles pick. We can pick up secondary help later.

Really dont like Pierre Paul, think he's a sure fire bust.

Clausen is falling all the way to the Vikings at best now that the Niners didnt take him

49ers pick Iupati, pretty good player, can make some holes. Pouncey likely a steeler which is a great great pickup, dude is a stud!!!

Kindle will be the pats pick Eagleeye, and he'll do a good job too.

Vikes would be a great destination for Clausen imo. Gets to take his time and develop assuming Favre plays this year at least. Bit like Aaron Rogers in Greenbay.
