Great Limerick Run Warm Up

    This might be of interest to limerick locals;
    Next Thursday sees another ULRC 5k and 10k run on campus, starting and
    finishing at UL Boathouse.
    We rescheduled to allow people use it as a warm up run for the Great
    Limerick Run, so make sure you let your friends know too...!
    Registration is at 6.30-6.50pm. Race start is at 7pm. Entry is €3 for
    students, €5 for non-students.

    Is this open to anyone ? , I have not seen any other information about this even on the UL RC web site.

    Has anyone run in these UL RC 10ks in the past ?

    yeah did them a couple of months back. well organised and marshalled. Its a 5km loop by 2. would recommend it.

    Enjoy if you go, but I'd question the wisdom of racing a mere 4 days before the big Sunday race. :confused: Might have been helpful last Thursday OK.
