Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Actually Giles thinks it's Bale.

    spurs already gone down to 5/1

    and it's confirmed on MUTV about Rooney

    spurs never turn up at OT, easy enough 2 or 3 nil win for utd

    spurs are not playing that well re; portsmouth, just that chelsea and arsenal are playing terribly at the minute

    Rafael is the right choice. I worry about Giggs and Scholes in midfield, but Fletcher should be able to do enough to allow them to express. Big games for Valencia and Nani, they've got to punish, and Berbatov, well he has to score :)

    You really have to think at this stage that Carrick's days are numbered at the club. He hasn't had a sniff of first team action ssince the Bayern debacle.

    its man utd and OT ;) unless the ball hits the net it ain't counted as a goal for the opposing team

    Any news on spurs team? Pity about Rooney. Wonder how Berba will fair vs his old club.

    Is fletcher starting on the left of midfield?

    * 05 Bentley
    * 06 Huddlestone
    * 12 Palacios
    * 14 Modric
    * 09 Pavlyuchenko
    * 18 Defoe

    Substitutes

    No.
    It'll be 4-5-1.

    Fletcher----Scholes
    -Valencia----Giggs
    Nani--
    Berbatov
    is how they will line up.

    Why do people keep saying this? That was a totally different move that broke down.

    Exactly! Evra intercepted, played it to Scholes, played it back to Evra who gave it to Obertan, played back to Evra, ball in Scholes scores. Berba standing at the back post.

    Hargreaves on the bench eh Headshot? Where's Vanbis when you need him :D

    More cautious line up than the Arse and Chelsea games. Lennon and Paddy should have a titanic battle for the 20 minutes that hes on.

    That is a shame about Rooney :(

    I think that's the same midfield we had against Bolton, which worked well that day. The way Spurs line up Scholes and Giggs should get enough space to do their thing. I hope...

    Berbs to run the show.

    I think with Giggs & Scholes in the middle (ugh!) there's a really good chance we'll see Hargreaves today.

    Well, we have two options.

    1. Hargreaves, who's legs might fall off.
    2. Carrick

    Seems an easy choice to me! :D

    Disappointing about Rooney but not too surprised. Sky going on likes it's the end of the world. He hasn't looked fit anyway and they keep mentioning results when he's been missing but seem to neglect that he played 90 minutes in Munich, when United were probably as bad as they've been all season.

    Happy enough with the team. Valencia will be so important today, keeping Bale quiet. I think Berba will definitely shine today and score as well.

    3-1 United. :)

    I fear we will regret dismantling the Bale/BAE partnership on the left, I hope I'm wrong.

    I know they link up well but I think Harry did it to count any plans Fergie might of had if he's not working at right back switch Palacios to right back modders in the middle and bale left
