Why Can't Amy Remember The Daleks?

    So, there's always something "about" the assistant in Dr Who, but why can't Amy remember the Daleks? For that matter, who are her parents, what happened to the Aunt that raised her...who was the Aunt that raised her...and just who is Amy Pond? Suggestions on a postcard please...or below....

    Interesting one. Did we know if anything special happened to the aunt? I assumed since he came back so late she was dead (not in a morbid way). Maybe Amy Pond is not human. Or she witnessed something in a different timeline that this Doctor doesn't know yet and was wiped from her memory. Maybe the Doctor did go back in time to the point he said, but hasn't done that yet. Hmm. That make's no sense! Dunno.
