I've always loved Steve Davis, ever since I was a kid.

Mark Selby is my favourite by far.

Favourite player currently is Mark Allen.
He has a super potting action. All the lefty's are great to watch.

Can't stand Peter Ebdon..can't stand slow players in general and he is particularly annoying.

I like Higgins and Selby, have a soft spot for Steve Davis in the last few years. Taking a liking to Mark Williams too.
Remember Quintin Hann? Liked him for his entertainment value and general stupidity! :pac:

Hate Ronnie (wonder what he'll be complaining about this year :rolleyes:) and Shaun Murphy (if he was a chocolate bar he'd have eaten himself long ago).

My current fav is Ronnie, without doubt the most natural talent the game has ever seen, but like all genius's he is certainly flawed.

Perrie Mans.

Now all you snooker fans will know or have heard of him but for anyone who hasn't...
Perrie Mans was a south africa who played in the '70's, his best ever result was winning the Benson & Hedges Masters and also reaching the final of the Embassy World C'ship losing to Ray Reardon in the final.
He was a truly outstanding potter and was also known for his choice of 'loud' waistcoats.Last I heard he was back living in south africa and has a snooker supplies business.

Love to see him come out of retirement and enter the World Seniors next season.

both mark allen and mark selby,both are good players and entertaining,the athmospere in the uk championship wen they played was great and got the crowd going with some jokes,wat snooker needs right now

I like Allen currently, Selby's good to watch too. Higgins is so class, and humble that he's hard to not like (eve though he did once slag my shoes to Stephen Hendry in the players lounge at the 2001 Nations cup).

Quinten Hann is a scumbag. The sport is infinitely the better without him. Accused rapist/woman beater, petulant foul pro, exposed match fixer.

Favourite players are higgins and ken, loved them since that malta cup where ken beat higgins in the final, then the two of them were kicked off the place for being so drunk!! legends!

Jimmy whites a legend too, saw him and tony drago play years ago in greystones, jimmy was hammered and still knocked in a 116!!

I'm sure Ronnie will have some notion he is going to quit/go and play pool in America/become a Nun.

I like Steve Davis, he isn't going to progress any further this year I don't think, Robertson is hammering him.

Few people not keen on Ebdon, but he had one of his kids in hospital where my sister works and he was an absolute gent, a top bloke. Shame he split from his missus who was also lovely!!

Would be nice to see a new winner this year, fingers crossed for Selby.
