    Anyone know where I might be able to get a groin guard in Galway? I've had a look around but nowhere seems to have them at the moment.

    these are good but don't make sense if you use it twice or more a week. Also putting it on and off is not practical for most.

    fine for a fight though

    They look good, but I'll need to be using this thing at least three times a week. I was hoping to have it by Monday evening as well which is why I was hoping a sports shop might have them in stock.

    Ya they have them, as do elverys but great outdoors seems to do more MA gear. Fightlord do nice shock doctor ones too.
