    Do you's think there is any chance that the irish leaving cert this year will be marked easier since its being dumbed down so much for next year ? :rolleyes:

    Cos they are cuttin out loads in the course and making the oral like 40% or something! :eek:

    Bringing in more oral makes way more sense than studying pretty irrelevent stories and poems, especially at ordinary level.

    I'm marking the HL paper this summer. Its not going to be dumbed down.

    Hi,
    Re:the comprehensions-when answering the comprehension questions, do you have to put the answer in all your own words to get the marks? or can you give the answer with a few of your own words but with most of it taken from the the comprehension?(provided its the right bit!!)

    Im an external student so it would be great to hear how it is marked...
