Hi I'm looking to get my hands on a yoghurt maker and i would also like to hear from anyone who has tried the SCD diet to help with their Colitis/Chrons.

I got the Severin one on Amazon (one with the 6 jars) and it works a treat.

Im on the SCD nearly 3 months. I've been symptom free nearly 3 months.
