Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

3g and internet not working on iphone 3gs

    Hi all,

    Got an iphone 3gs on Vodafone a few weeks back. All was fine until yesterday when the internet stopped working. I also cannot get into the app store on 3g.

    Rang Vodafone and they said make sure 3g is turned on and if it is and still not working drop into a shop.

    Anyone any ideas or fixes before I go up to Nutgrove?

    I had the same trouble for over a week.
    Ring Data Support in Vodafone and tell them to turn your AGE RESTRICTION off. That fixed it for me.

    One thing ive noticed with mine lately is the internet just stops working every so often, I fixed this just by goin into the APN settings,deleting & re-entering it...this seemed to work

    A quicker way I discovered is turning it into Airplane Mode for maybe 10 secs, then switching it back out & it seems to work - try that maybe?

    Jaysus that's bizarre. Tried the airplane mode thing and worked a treat. Thanks a mil Pulse.

    Wonder what the problem was.

    No idea mate, glad it worked for you...had to do mine this morning too.....its almost as if the APN connection needs to be reset or something which is kinda weird

    I know ye proberly gona give out to me for commenting on a really old post, but I want to say thanks because I had the same problem and it was driving me crazy but the airplane mode fixed it, thanks :D:D
