Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sold sheep, not cattle but mostly it'll go like this...

You'll unload the animal, put it through a run, get a number. It'll be put into a pen with others until the auction. You'll need to keep an eye out when it's your time to go into the little box beside the auctioneer (that's what happens locally here anyhow). He'll start the price, people will or won't bid, it'll go on until the bids pretty much stop, then you'll be asked if you want to "put it on the market". If you say Yes, then your animal is pretty much sold, the price may or may not go up depending on whether there are more bids or not. If you say No, that's usually the end of it. The mart will then post you out a cheque, or possibly you may be able to collect it from the office before it's posted (usually the following week).

Someone with a better idea will be able to inform you about the paper work. Or you could always ring your local mart and ask :)
