Banking Rates?

Im looking for some help in relation to savings interest rates. I want switch savings to another account for better interest which has dropped from 4% to 1.45% with irish nationwide.

AIB is offering 2.01% AER / 2% Gross
BOI is offering 2.70% EAR / 2.70% Gross
PTSB is offering 3.10% AER / 3.10% Gross

Which would I be better changing to as I'm sure there is a catch witht he AER? any info appreciated,

It lists Irish Nationwide as second best at 3.25% - so how come you are on 1.45%?
