Terrible playcall to go to Newton on 3rd down there. Great stand by the Ducks but it was helped by the bad playcall on 3rd down.

Pretty disappointing first half. Hopefully both QBs and their offenses improve in the second half. Neither of them have been anything close to their usual standards.

Gotta say that even though Greg Fairley is having a great game I think he indiscipline will be an issue come the draft. That facemask earlier on is just not good enough in a game this big with absolutely no reason for it.

Well the Ducks offense just is not good enough imo to win this. They have had so many chances, of course you have to give a lot of that credit to Fairley and the Tigers D.

This Oregon D has done so well tonight. Well both Ds have. I think no matter who wins the game the MVP has to be a defender. Nick Fairley has to be odds on at the moment for it.

If he is down short then they can win the game with a field goal. There will be no time left. They at least have a shot if its called a td.

Great move there by the Tigers coach. He has two timeouts so he gets Oregon to use their last one. I think now they run the clock down to one second and go for the field goal.

Congrats to the Auburn Tigers the BCS National Champions. On the balance of play I think they certainly deserved it. Their defense was just fantastic.
