Anyone know if a Namibian driving licence is accepted in IReland ?

Hi, as the title says, it a Namibian driving licence tradable for an irish one ?

or is it only EU licences ?

Out of Curiosity how do you acquire a Namibian driving License?? Do you have to do theory tests, medical reports etc...?

i am not sure , i was thinking of getting it while i was over there , since i
am having problems getting one here ... but now since it isn't acceptable as a transfer no point.

Trust me when I say the Irish test is no breeze either! Thank god I don't live in Germany, their test is beyond hard!:eek:

Just failed for the 6th time.

I'm done .

I am seriously considering of getting one illegally, thats how much despair i am in.

To do it a SEVENTH time (7th, VII, SEVEN :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:) I will need to pay €200 (fee every 2 tests, + €40 test fee).

I know i can drive, I just f*ck up simple stuff that i do perfect in the classes, like parking today, too close to one of the cars -- i have nevber done that before, ironic there will always be something

Of course! Although I think it's very unfair the way you are charged more because you have failed it before. Keep trying.. once you get it, you will be very happy. The fact that you have done it 6 times already shows that you have determination.

I've failed many tests, I've A/B/(E)C/(E)D.

I could drive just fine but kept making stupid mistakes during tests due to nerves. The one of my instructors told me about Resucue Remedy and it worked.
