Stolen Bike

Hey Guys, my Bike was stolen from outside my school...The Donahies today between 9:30-12:20 They stole the frame and the back wheel, they also took a front wheel from a different bike.
It's an apollo bike like the one below.
It was taking in the Donaghmede area, though could be seen around kilbarrack,coolock or the general area.
If anyone see's this could they please tell me as it's my brothers bike

Sorry to hear about your bike, sometimes stolen bikes turn up on Gumtree.ie or even adverts.ie so check those sites over the next week.

A little advice for the future always lock your rear wheel and frame and buy one of these

It may be that it is a hotspot for bike theft (maybe mention this to the school authorities that a more secure location is needed) but out of interest what lock are you using? 4 bikes is an awful lot to lose and spending good money now on a solid lock might prevent theft in the future.

Most of the time in schools you can only lock the front wheel to the rack.....


Sorry to hear about that OP, sounds like it was a bunch of chancers, seen as it was a single bike, I'd imagine its not too far from your school...

I did I was running late for classes and totally forgot the quick release.
