For what and what purpose... but just in case its for normal purpose you will get it in any DPL they buy it from harlow agencies for you

Ask DPL limerick can they order it in from harlow agencies. As for the the manager and if s/he refuses tell them tell them you will write to gerry maher in DPL dublin(he is the CEO or something like that)

Otherwise you could try heatmerchants

You could use a roll of stainless steel piping if you cannot get the copper.
