hi was wondering if anyone who has been in a similiar situation could give me some advice. I am purchasing a house, which is being sold as part of the vendors divorce order, the problem is the husband refuses to sign the documentation.

The vendors solicitor has said that the county registrar can sign the documentation on his behalf but does anyone know how long it will take the county registrar to sign the documents.? I dont want to be stuck in limbo with this for ages.
