Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sending file saved in WordPad

Sorry, I am really useless when it comes to this stuff!

I recently had to get a new harddrive in my laptop, it's all working grand, but I have yet to reinstall MS Office. I'm also trying to get Opensource working, but I'm still working out how to do this... I've only used MS Office up to this.

I am currently using WordPad to write up things, and I need to send a document later and I've it saved in WordPad, which is coming up as .rft file

If I attach this, will anyone with a PC laptop be able to download it?

Really would appreciate any help at all, thanks.

Yeah Wordpad saves the files as Rich Text File (rtf), which is basically a text file with formatting. Any pc or laptop will be able to open it.
