Relatives stayed in Grafton Capital Hotel and were happy enough with it. Good location close to Stephen's Green Centre:

In Grafton St area there's also Brook's Hotel:

I'd say they should be able to get some good deals anyway. I find hotelscombined.com great for comparing prices/deals.

Have stayed in Bewleys Ballsbridge, nice location near to town. Some of the city centre hotels can be extremely noisy especially at weekends... Just checked there. You can get a double room from €69!

Sorry just realised its a triple. Jurys Inn rates are €79 room only. Request a triple and you get 2 single beds and a sofa bed. (Used to work there a million years ago :D)

I would reccomend D4 hotels (Jury's) in Ballsbridge, but it's not city centre - awesome hotel though and dead cheap at times. The Dubliner pub is nice as well which is on the ground floor. If they don't mind sharing, the family rooms are great, with separate beds and a really good deal.

Try Pembroke Townhouse maybe, it is near the end of Baggot street, quiet, friendly and good value. And has a free car park at the back.
