Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

do i need planning permission

    i have an open 60 x 30 foot silage pit which im thinking of roofing as a loose cattle shed do i need planning permission.

    You more than likely would. If you built a feed passage in an existing yard you would have to apply for planning.

    I agree with Sam, its a change of use, so technically you would need planning for it.

    I'd say you probably have to, you can go in to coco and ask them if there are any exemptions, I think it depends on how big the yard is already.
    The regulations are not that user friendly to read, it looks like they were written in Irish (with lots of mor fada) words and then translated badly into english.

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
