Cheapest cameras with 720p video?

Hi, I'm looking for a new digital camera for around 200 euro. Are there any with HD video recording at around this price? I've seen the Sony DSC-HX5 for around 300. Any others worth a look?

Thanks, I should have said that it's a P&S camera for photos I'm looking for, not a camcorder. Some of the newer ones do HD video.

Anything else specific you want in it?

Li-ion battery?
Screen size?
Megapixel?
Zoom?

There's some 12mp 270p fuji/kodak cameras you can get for around the 200 mark but they run off AA batteries so it's a bit pointless!
