Hi Folks I want to know how to use a pressure cooker with the long handle on the lid, and there is a weight that goes on the lid My question is when to put the weight on ?? I am used to using Clipso by Tefal so the older one is confusing me.

If its a prestige high dome like the one we used to have, put it on at the start.
When its up to pressure the weight rises up and lets out steam.
Turn the heat down a bit so that it makes a steady hissing.
