With 7up it tastes like frosties, it's lovely. (The sweet, not the cereal)

Blackcurrant cordial. Best with dark rum, but works well with Morgan's too.

+1 but it's even better when the ginger ale is actually flavoured with real ginger unlike much of the ginger ale we get in Ireland which isn't.

I have it with 7up which does not overpower the taste.

I hear this a lot, club orange or fanta, one mate was raving about it like "you dunno what you're missing, it's EXACTLY like supersplits", as though supersplits were the best tasting thing on the planet! he couldn't remember the last time he even bought one when I asked.

That is a good tip for cocktails though, liquidise up icecreams with spirits, choc ices are nice.

Agreed, Fentimans Ginger Beer and a wedge of lime is perfect with Morgans Spiced!

Just got a litre in the duty free the other day

Little bit off topic but not by much :D Got a bottle of havana club anejo especiale in dunnes earlier. It's just as good, if not better than captain morgan(cheaper too). Tried it with coke and ginger ale tonight and found it to be excellent :)

My own "creation" on a cheap drink night in phibber magee's
    Banana Spice
    Morgan Spiced
    De Kuyper Banana Liqour
shot of each and plenty of ice, strong and drinkable

found this real recipe that sounds much nicer though

    Big Pine Puss recipe
1 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
    1/2 oz banana liqueur
    1 splash Rose's® lime juice
    1 splash grenadine syrup
    1 splash cranberry juice

I've found it tastes like frosties with white lemonade. Definitely not 7up or Sprite though, the lime flavour ruins it.

I imagine theres a sort of cinnamon taste off it, am i way off with that?

Ah yeah you'd be right it is with white lemonade, I forgot that 7up tastes different.
